Nach 1937 gelangt das Gebäude in
Privatbesitz. 1978 wurden die verfallene Ueberreste unter Heimatschutz gestellt und als
ursprüngliches Royal Hotel wieder restauriert.
After 1937 the building was leased as a privat residence. In 1978 the property has
been listed for preservation and restoration with the Register of National Estate.
